Compensation:
$270,000 - $410,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workday, Beqom, and Total Rewards platforms.
- Design and implement end-to-end processes between platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance compensation and benefits processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in HR technology architecture focused on Total Rewards.
- Deep technical expertise with Workday and related platforms.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful business solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-growth technology or media company.
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices and cloud platforms.
