This role is remote and part of the Ads Creatives & Policy team at Netflix.
Compensation:
$100,000 - $720,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for the Ads Creatives & Policy team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Implement and optimize ad creative lifecycle management.
- Develop systems and tooling to automate the creative process.
- Ensure compliance of ad campaigns with Netflix policy and regulations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on backend development.
- Strong product mindset and experience in delivering complex projects.
- General understanding of the advertising marketplace.
- Experience in building ad creative lifecycle management systems.
