This role is remote and part of the Ads Creatives & Policy team at Netflix.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $720,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for the Ads Creatives & Policy team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Implement and optimize ad creative lifecycle management.
  • Develop systems and tooling to automate the creative process.
  • Ensure compliance of ad campaigns with Netflix policy and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on backend development.
  • Strong product mindset and experience in delivering complex projects.
  • General understanding of the advertising marketplace.
  • Experience in building ad creative lifecycle management systems.
