This role is remote in the USA.

Compensation:

$388,000.00 - $619,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Own and build scalable testing infrastructure and automated validation for edge appliances.
  • Improve failure triage with AI-assisted tooling.
  • Lead and mentor engineers in test automation and release qualification.
  • Collaborate with OS, security, hardware, and application teams.
  • Debug complex regressions across hardware/firmware/OS boundaries.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including CI/CD systems.
  • Strong coding ability in Python, Rust, and/or Go.
  • Deep experience with Linux and/or FreeBSD.
  • Experience designing automated test frameworks.
  • Strong debugging skills across distributed systems.
