Compensation:
$170,000 - $720,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain developer tooling for Netflix engineers.
- Provide mentorship to colleagues across teams.
- Develop strategies for adapting to changes in Developer Productivity AI.
- Optimize the onboarding experience through customizable Cloud Development Environments.
Requirements:
- Experience maintaining productivity tooling in a development environment.
- Familiarity with AI coding assistants.
- Comfortable in a polyglot environment, particularly with Go, TypeScript, and Java.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration and influence.
Optional nice-to-haves:
- Experience with MCP servers or AI tooling for software development.
- Knowledge of Linux systems and web UI development using React.
