This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$499,000 - $900,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Design and develop Netflix Conversion APIs and Audience Onboarding systems, build high-volume, low-latency services for ingesting user engagement events.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven technical leadership in solving complex problems.
  • Experience with server-to-server and batch Conversion APIs.
  • Knowledge of streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka, Flink).
  • Understanding of ad tech, privacy regulations, and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with scalable batch and streaming data systems.
  • Familiarity with privacy-enhancing technologies.
  • Knowledge of CTV space constraints.
