Responsibilities:

Design, build, test, and deploy features for the Customer Service Platform, focusing on operational efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications:

Experience with TypeScript or JavaScript
Experience with modern UI frameworks like React
Solid programming skills in Java, C++, and JavaScript
Experience with API technologies such as GraphQL, gRPC, and REST
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS

Nice to have:

Experience in customer support/account management
Experience with Generative AI/ML
Experience with distributed systems and cloud deployment
