Senior Program Manager, Experiences Design & Delivery

This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$294,000.00 - $501,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery and planning for permanent entertainment projects.
• Manage the Project Delivery team and ensure quality execution within budget.
• Establish and maintain project schedules and financial controls.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to integrate project workflows.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and risks.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in the Location Based Entertainment industry.
• Hands-on experience with project planning and scheduling tools.
• In-depth knowledge of installation and management of LBE projects.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and contracts.
• Experience in project cost analysis and budget management.
