Senior Design Program Manager, NCXD

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$260,000 - $370,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Establish and optimize operational best practices for NCXD.
• Drive 0-1 programs enabling designers to innovate effectively.
• Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain roadmaps.
• Activate engagement models and collaboration channels with key stakeholders.
• Support team health and resourcing alongside design leadership.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of program management experience in product design.
• Experience integrating new content types into existing frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive design deliverables from ambiguous requirements.
• Strong communication skills to align multiple product stakeholders.
