Senior Design Program Manager, Games Platform

This role is remote-friendly with mandatory team meetings ~4 times a year in Los Gatos or Los Angeles.

Compensation:

$260,000.00 - $370,000.00

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize operations for the Games Platform XD team.
• Collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional teams to align design work with business priorities.
• Support the design pipeline from end to end, including prioritization, planning, and resource management.
• Establish engagement models and collaboration channels with key design partners.
• Advocate for design by ensuring the team has time for innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of program management experience in a technology and creative environment.
• Experience with game consumer platforms and game development workflows.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence design leadership.
• Experience in continuous delivery environments.
