Senior Design Program Manager, Design Tooling

This role is remote-friendly, with mandatory team meetings ~4 times a year in Los Gatos or Los Angeles.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $490,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimize operations for the Game Tools XD team.
• Drive initiatives to ensure alignment with broader business goals.
• Support the design pipeline from end to end.
• Establish engagement models with key design partners.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of program management experience in a technology and creative environment.
• Experience with game development and workflows.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
