Program Manager, Program Delivery - Design & Construction

This role is based in either New York, New York or Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $190,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Partner with Regional Program lead to deliver workplace and office projects across UCAN and LATAM markets.
• Interface with local and global workplace teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with project schedules and CAPEX reporting.
• Provide project status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5–8+ years of experience in design/construction project delivery.
• Degree in architecture or construction management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
