Responsibilities:

  • Establish a structured framework and apply operational rigor across product domains.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to implement annual planning, OKR tracking, and project management.
  • Aid Product Directors with tactical programming and maintain documentation for product teams.
  • Use AI tools to improve workflows and support change management.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of program management experience in a product organization.
  • Proven track record in improving operating models across business functions.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with project management tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Interest in AI-powered tools and workflows.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship management.
