$170,000 - $720,000/year

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for platforms like Jira, optimizing workflows and dashboard creation.
  • Design and implement scalable operational processes across technical organizations.
  • Partner with TPMs to streamline planning cycles and improve logistics.
  • Manage the central technical documentation hub and ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate technical onboarding programs and ongoing training initiatives.
  • Enhance communication quality across the organization.
  • Evaluate and roll out new execution tools, focusing on Generative AI solutions.
  • Lead planning for key culture events and brand-building efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management in technical environments.
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to drive operational processes with measurable impact.
  • Experience with data-driven program tracking and reporting.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with technical program management frameworks.
  • Experience in fast-paced, global tech environments.
