Program Manager, Design

This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$220,000 - $352,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end operational pipeline for core design programs.
• Drive clear intake, scoping, prioritization, and sequencing of work.
• Partner closely with design leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of experience managing complex programs.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end program management for creative teams.
• Strong operational judgment and excellent communication skills.
