Program Manager, Contract Data Governance

This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Compensation:

$230,000.00 - $380,000.00/year

Responsibilities:

• Translate complex contract lifecycle needs into operational requirements.
• Design and scale contract data standards and governance frameworks.
• Manage a team of vendors for data remediation and contract ingestion.
• Lead end-to-end project implementation and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years in Program Management or Contract Management.
• Experience in translating business pain points into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset.
• Experience with CLM technology is highly desirable.
