Compensation:

$120K - $500K/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and evangelize the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent VFX toolsets.
  • Conduct research into the VFX pipeline to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate technical capabilities into product requirements for engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and artists throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including market analysis and user research.
  • Champion a data-driven approach using analytics to inform product decisions.
  • Drive the adoption of new tools within the VFX community.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on computational and AI/ML technologies.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of product management experience or 5+ years in VFX production technology.
  • Deep understanding of the VFX production pipeline and operational challenges.
  • Experience with AI/ML-driven product development.
  • Strong background in platform product management.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex concepts.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
