Responsibilities:

  • Drive the evolution of discovery and engagement experiences for Podcasts and emerging content types.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to set vision and conceive discovery experiences.
  • Build and manage project roadmaps, prioritizing among competing efforts.
  • Influence teams across design, engineering, and data science to deliver outstanding products.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in consumer product development.
  • Experience with podcast streaming products and understanding of the podcast lifecycle.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis.
