Compensation:

$240K - $600K

Responsibilities:

  • Define platform strategy and roadmap for foundational application platforms.
  • Simplify developer experience by eliminating friction points.
  • Champion a 'no-ops' mindset for operational complexity.
  • Accelerate adoption of modern platforms across teams.
  • Measure success through metrics related to platform reliability.
  • Evangelize the platform and represent the team's work to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Product Management for technical developer platforms.
  • Deep technical fluency in distributed systems and SDLC.
  • Developer-centric mindset focused on user experience.
  • Strategic thinking connecting technical capabilities to business goals.
  • High AI literacy with experience in AI-enabled developer tools.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
