Product Manager, Enterprise Finance

This role is based in Los Gatos, California, with additional opportunities in Los Angeles.

Compensation:

$120,000 - $515,000

Responsibilities:

• Build and own the strategic product roadmap for enterprise-grade FP&A systems.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Data Science, and Business Operations.
• Lead design and implementation of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.
• Drive development of data pipelines and integrations ensuring data integrity.
• Define and measure product success using data analytics.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in Finance or Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise financial planning systems (e.g., Anaplan, IBM Planning Analytics).
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
