Product Manager - AI Video

This role is based in Los Angeles, California, with regular travel to Los Gatos expected.

Compensation:

$310,000 - $545,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of AI/ML powered video capabilities.
• Lead discovery to identify bottlenecks in creative processes and propose AI/ML solutions.
• Translate user needs into technical requirements and product specifications.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams on AI model development.
• Manage compute budgets and prioritize training runs.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience working with creatives in production processes.
• Strong technical fluency in AI models and production tools.
• Proven ability to define product strategy in technical environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• Self-directed leader comfortable in ambiguous situations.
