Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a product strategy for the Ads Platform.
- Manage products from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively.
- Create partnerships with Netflix product teams for continuous feedback.
- Evaluate and measure the success of products, defining metrics for execution.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven track record in managing Ad Tech products.
- Strong understanding of advertising ecosystems, including CTV ads.
- Experience with real-time bidding protocols and auction dynamics.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
