Compensation:

$440,000.00 - $725,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Improve ad relevance for Netflix members by building state-of-the-art ads recommendation ML models.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for ads scoring and ranking.
  • Deliver innovative solutions that empower advertisers and improve user experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define robust evaluation metrics.
  • Leverage data and analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Operate with an agile mindset, willing to rapidly prototype and test.
  • Define success metrics and drive execution and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of launching and scaling platforms.
  • Experience shipping 0 to 1 ML models and ad auction infrastructure.
  • Prior ads experience is a must; experience with scoring/ranking models is a strong plus.
  • Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • A track record of analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
  • A curious mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
