Compensation:
$440,000.00 - $725,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Improve ad relevance for Netflix members by building state-of-the-art ads recommendation ML models.
- Define and communicate a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap for ads scoring and ranking.
- Deliver innovative solutions that empower advertisers and improve user experiences.
- Partner with Engineering and Data Science to define robust evaluation metrics.
- Leverage data and analytics to uncover growth opportunities.
- Operate with an agile mindset, willing to rapidly prototype and test.
- Define success metrics and drive execution and evaluation.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Product Management experience with a proven record of launching and scaling platforms.
- Experience shipping 0 to 1 ML models and ad auction infrastructure.
- Prior ads experience is a must; experience with scoring/ranking models is a strong plus.
- Ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- A track record of analyzing customer feedback and market trends.
- A curious mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
