$310,000.00 - $545,000.00 per year

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join the Enterprise GenAI team, focused on partnering with Netflix Ads to scale ads operations and workflows through agentic capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Enterprise GenAI solutions supporting Netflix Ads.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact GenAI use cases to streamline Ads operations and Sales workflows.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data science to deliver high-quality product experiences.
  • Monitor product performance and use insights to guide prioritization and improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven track record of building or integrating solutions using data and AI.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with Generative AI.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to influence decisions with data.
