Compensation:

$120,000 - $515,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Shape the product vision and roadmap for ad formats across Netflix’s platforms (Desktop, Mobile, TV).
  • Manage products from concept to launch, delivering features iteratively.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, research, and business teams.
  • Define success metrics and drive execution of those metrics.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience with advertising formats and ad-serving products.
  • Understanding of industry standards like OpenRTB and VAST protocols.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and market trends.
