Principal Technical Program Manager - AI for Member Systems (AIMS)

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$230,000 - $960,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AIMS leadership to define vision and strategy for AI-driven member experiences.
• Own planning cycles, set objectives and drive execution across multiple AI initiatives.
• Establish effective operating cadences and connect teams to align goals.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and content teams to integrate AIMS capabilities.
• Guide AI initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Support budgeting and resource allocation with data-driven insights.
• Create narratives and updates for senior leadership on AI's business impact.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in leading complex technical programs, preferably in AI/ML.
• 2-3+ years of experience with AI or GenAI initiatives.
• Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Experience in establishing operating rhythms and processes for effective execution.
• Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences.
