Compensation:
$230,000 - $960,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AIMS leadership to define vision and strategy for AI-driven member experiences.
- Own planning cycles, set objectives and drive execution across multiple AI initiatives.
- Establish effective operating cadences and connect teams to align goals.
- Coordinate with product, engineering, design, and content teams to integrate AIMS capabilities.
- Guide AI initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring customer needs are met.
- Support budgeting and resource allocation with data-driven insights.
- Create narratives and updates for senior leadership on AI's business impact.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in leading complex technical programs, preferably in AI/ML.
- 2-3+ years of experience with AI or GenAI initiatives.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Experience in establishing operating rhythms and processes for effective execution.
- Outstanding communication skills for diverse audiences.
