Responsibilities:

  • Own the games social platform strategy, developing products for first and third-party game studio partners.
  • Utilize consumer research and analysis to enhance social experiences for games.
  • Drive strategic alignment across Netflix’s Games and Product & Technology organizations.
  • Collaborate with engineers on back-end systems for game development partners.
  • Manage risk assessment of social features in partnership with Trust and Safety and Legal.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, specifically in social products/systems in video games.
  • Strong understanding of gaming ecosystems and platforms.
  • Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects from concept to completion.
  • Technical background or strong understanding of technical systems.
  • Experience translating UX testing into impactful features.
