Compensation:
$499,000 - $900,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Drive efficiency and performance optimization across large-scale infrastructure.
- Collaborate with ML Platform and Data Science teams for profiling and observability of GPU workloads.
- Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack.
- Evaluate new GPU architectures and cloud vendor services.
- Document best practices and contribute to Netflix Tech Blogs.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in systems performance analysis and optimization.
- Deep understanding of GPU architecture and ML frameworks.
- Experience with performance analysis tools and Kubernetes.
- Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with large language model optimization techniques.
- Understanding of Linux internals for GPU workloads.
- Experience with high-speed networking protocols.
- Capacity engineering in public cloud environments.
