Responsibilities:
- Own and optimize programmatic performance marketing campaigns across CTV, display, video, and audio channels.
- Deliver strong business impact contributing to Netflix's membership growth goals.
- Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and lead end-to-end project management for campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative delivery.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in customer acquisition strategies and managing KPIs in the entertainment or digital-native industry.
- Experience building programmatic performance marketing programs and working with DSP platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
