Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimize programmatic performance marketing campaigns across CTV, display, video, and audio channels.
  • Deliver strong business impact contributing to Netflix's membership growth goals.
  • Manage relationships with regional stakeholders and lead end-to-end project management for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality creative delivery.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in customer acquisition strategies and managing KPIs in the entertainment or digital-native industry.
  • Experience building programmatic performance marketing programs and working with DSP platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
