Compensation:
$436,000.00 - $710,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of engineers building the Live MAM platform.
- Own technical direction for integrating third-party MAM with Netflix’s infrastructure.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver solutions for live sports and event workflows.
- Define key platform services around the MAM.
- Drive architecture and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Foster operational excellence for real-time live workflows.
- Coach and develop engineers.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in software engineering with 2–3+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience with media platforms and complex data-rich systems.
- Comfortable in hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Proven experience in hiring and developing engineers.
Bonus / Nice to Have:
- Experience with live sports media workflows.
- Prior work integrating vendor MAM systems.
