This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $750,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Own and innovate ML models predicting member engagement with content.
  • Design and deploy robust ML systems for large-scale data.
  • Automate ML workflows for faster experimentation.
  • Optimize model performance in distributed environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to define project roadmaps and ensure integration.

About You:

  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning architectures.
  • Experience deploying ML systems at scale.
  • Hands-on experience with ML system evaluation and monitoring.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience in ML solutions.
  • Proficient in Python and ML/DL frameworks like PyTorch.
