Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage localization strategy, roadmap, schedules, budget, and quality.
  • Collaborate with various teams including Consumer Insights, Customer Services, and Engineering.
  • Oversee the entire Localization program and ensure high-quality localization standards.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to facilitate seamless global member experiences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • 7+ years of experience in localization program management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex programs.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard localization tools.
