Compensation:
$230,000.00 - $340,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end execution of human evaluation and data operations initiatives.
- Develop and operationalize frameworks for evaluating GenAI and ML outputs.
- Collaborate across research, product, UX, and engineering.
- Build and maintain project timelines and manage blockers.
- Oversee rater onboarding, calibration, and QA workflows.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in human evaluations or data operations in GenAI/ML.
- Strong understanding of evaluation design and quality control systems.
- Proven ability in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational focus.
