About the Role:
Lead end-to-end execution of human evaluation and data operations initiatives, developing frameworks for evaluating GenAI and ML outputs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize evaluation frameworks.
- Collaborate across teams to embed evaluation into model development cycles.
- Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely execution.
- Oversee rater onboarding and QA workflows.
- Track evaluation health and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in human evaluations or data operations.
- Strong understanding of evaluation design and process improvements.
- Proven ability in managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational focus.
