HR Program Manager

This role is based in Los Gatos, California.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $280,000/year

The Role:

Lead and support strategic HR projects that drive business impact for the Tech HR team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact HR projects and develop project plans.
• Analyze people and organizational data to inform HR initiatives.
• Identify process improvements for operational excellence.

Experience:

• 5+ years in project management, with HR domain experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills.
