Group Product Manager, Security Platforms Engineering

This role is remote and part of the Security Platforms Engineering team at Netflix.

Compensation:

$520,000.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Oversee product strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with customer satisfaction and security risk reduction.
• Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers and Design Engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate product vision and prioritize projects.
• Communicate product strategy and roadmap to the broader organization.

Requirements:

• 8-10+ years in product management, particularly in security products.
• Strong understanding of the security industry and risk management.
• Exceptional communication skills and strategic thinking.
• Experience in cross-functional environments.
