This role is remote, with a preference for candidates in the PST time zone who can travel for quarterly in-person meetings in Los Angeles.

Compensation:

$190,000 - $300,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with game development teams to improve acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Design and optimize player onboarding and seasonal updates.
  • Leverage player behavior data to enhance game performance.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, design, and marketing.
  • Guide teams through the transition from launch to live service.
  • Champion experimentation and iteration to enhance player experience.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management for games.
  • Experience with live service games preferred.
  • Strong data fluency and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
