Full Stack Software Engineer L5 - Data Architecture & Integrations

This role is based in the USA with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$100K - $600K/year

About the Role:

We're seeking a strategic L5 Software Engineer for our Talent Tech Engineering team, primarily focused on Data Architecture & Integrations. You'll drive the design, development, and governance of data integrations across our HR systems ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve HR data integration architecture ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Lead development of integrations between Workday, data warehouses, data lakes, and enterprise systems.
• Develop full-scale applications when business needs require end-to-end solutions.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Temporal, Workday, and data architecture.
• Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Java, TypeScript/Node.js, Go).
• Experience building complete web applications with modern frameworks (React, Vue, Angular).

Workday, Temporal, REST, GraphQL, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, Airflow, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes.
