This role is based in Los Gatos, California with in-office collaboration 2–3 days per week.
Compensation:
$388,000 - $558,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Design and build backend systems for account management and upsells.
- Own features end-to-end, from backend services to frontend integration.
- Implement and analyze A/B tests to inform product decisions.
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to team technical growth.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus.
- Proficient in building backend services (Java or similar).
- Experience with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript) is a plus.
- Strong ownership from system design through production delivery.
