Engineering Manager

This role is remote, based in the USA.

Compensation:

$100K - $720K per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-impact results.
• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to refine API and SLA contracts.
• Foster a culture of accountability and timely delivery of the team’s roadmap.
• Hire, coach, and lead a team of Backend and UI Engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience delivering reliable, enterprise-grade products.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with content ingestion systems.
• Experience building distributed systems at scale.
