Compensation:

$436,000.00 - $710,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting innovation and collaboration.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to enhance the Netflix member experience.
• Oversee project timelines and resource allocation.
• Champion user experience through A/B testing and user insights.
