Compensation:

$436,000 - $710,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Balance multiple business and product priorities to deliver maximal impact
• Develop an engineering roadmap for scale and innovation
• Build a high-performing, inclusive team of engineers
• Foster partnerships with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Contribute to the Personalization roadmap
