Compensation:

$436,000.00 - $710,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a diverse team focused on streaming technology.
• Manage high-impact initiatives and prioritize the team's roadmap.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on playback needs.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance productivity.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience in test development, automation, and quality release management.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster an inclusive team culture.
