Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team focused on CI/CD and validation for Linux/FreeBSD-based edge platforms.
- Own and evolve scalable CI/CD pipelines and automated qualification.
- Manage lab operations, including hardware provisioning and inventory.
- Partner with OS, hardware, application, and security teams for alignment.
- Drive engineering excellence through metrics and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Engineering Manager with technical leadership in infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and hands-on experience in systems software.
- Experience with CI/CD and test automation tools.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive alignment.
