Engineering Manager, Mobile Productivity

This role is based in Los Gatos, California.

Compensation:

$180,000 - $900,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of engineers to enhance developer productivity for mobile app development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and implement scalable frameworks and tools.
• Provide mentorship and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Champion best practices in mobile software engineering.
• Stay updated with trends in mobile development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in software development.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a software engineering team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with CI, build systems, mobile test automation, or developer productivity tools.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience managing distributed systems in CI infrastructure.
