Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a team building member-facing messaging experiences across multiple channels.
  • Drive end-to-end ownership of lifecycle messaging experiences from ideation to production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy and deliver impactful experiences.
  • Utilize A/B testing and data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure reliable delivery of messaging experiences at scale.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading engineering teams for consumer-facing products.
  • Strong product intuition and ability to connect technical decisions to member impact.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments, influencing Product, Design, and Data Science.
  • Track record of driving experimentation and iteration.
  • Strong technical judgment for guiding teams on architecture and trade-offs.
  • Passion for team development and high performance.
