Compensation:
$436,000 - $710,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of software engineers to deliver high-impact results.
- Build relationships with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Foster a culture of accountability and timely delivery of the team's roadmap.
- Act as a technical advisor and help the team make informed decisions.
- Hire, coach, and lead UI and Backend Engineers.
- Build an inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing high-performing teams.
- Experience in building reliable products and services.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategically and align team work with business goals.
Nice to have:
- Experience with enterprise software and distributed systems.
- Experience leading teams with both UI/UX and Backend engineers.
