Engineering Manager, Identity Access & Foundations

Compensation:

$190,000 - $920,000 per year

What you'll do:

Manage a cross-disciplined engineering team to enhance identity and authentication experiences across Netflix products.

Responsibilities:

• Set vision and strategy for Identity and Authentication Experiences.
• Advocate for optimal user experiences in identity management.
• Support and grow engineering talent within the team.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with consumer-facing products and engineering systems.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Authentication, Identity, Security, or Fraud domains.
• Proven ability to build high-performance teams.
