Engineering Manager, Identity Access & Foundations

Compensation:

$190,000 - $920,000 per year

What you'll do:

As an Engineering Manager, you will influence user interactions with Netflix by enhancing account creation, login, and access experiences. You will lead a cross-disciplined team to develop identity and authentication solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Set the vision and strategy for Identity and Authentication Experiences.
• Advocate for optimal user experiences in identity management.
• Support and grow engineering talent while managing stakeholder expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in consumer-facing product development.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Authentication, Identity, Security, or Fraud domains.
• Proven ability to build teams and foster a strong culture.
