Compensation:

$436,000 - $710,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of backend and frontend engineers.
• Own the technical direction for Social Communicate.
• Shape and drive the roadmap in partnership with product and stakeholders.
• Foster an inclusive, high-trust team culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in the games industry.
• Strong background in building consumer-facing products.
• Experience with backend and distributed systems is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to work in ambiguous environments.
