Engineering Manager, Delivery Experiences

This role is remote in the USA.

Compensation:

$348,800 - $710,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop product and technical vision for the delivery platform.
• Cultivate relationships with engineering partners to align on needs.
• Lead and inspire the engineering team to maintain high output.
• Promote a productivity-centric engineering culture.

• Strong product sense and experience in leading engineering productivity teams.
